Biography

Trisha Kyner has been awarded solo exhibitions at Baltimore Clayworks and Artemisia Gallery in Chicago.  She teaches at Maryland Institute College of Art and the Community College of Baltimore County.  Her work has been shown at venues such as Grounds for Sculpture in New Jersey, NCECA (2009 and 2010), and the National Gallery of Modern Art in Mumbai, India.  She is a past recipient of the Watershed Kiln God fellowship and twice been a resident at Watershed Center for Ceramic Arts.  In addition to her individual work, Trisha is a founder of the collaborative public sculpture group, Grendel’s Mother.
